Anti-Parietal Cell
Anti-Parietal Cell is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against alpha- and beta-subunits of the parietal cell H+/K+-ATPase in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of pernicious anaemia in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
