Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (Ethanol-fixed) is designed for the qualitative detection of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic IgG antibodies on ethanol-fixed human neutrophil granulocytes by Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA) and is for in vitro diagnostic use.

The anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies are acknowledged serological markers for the differential diagnosis of autoimmune small-vessel vasculitis in conjuction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
