Anti-PR3 hs

Anti-PR3 hs is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against proteinase 3 (PR3) in human serum samples.

The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of systemic inflammatory ANCA (antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies) associated vasculitis, especially granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
