ANCAscreen hs (high sensitive)
ANCAscreen hs (high sensitive) is an immunoassay for the in vitro qualitative determination of IgG autoantibodies against proteinase 3 (PR3) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of systemic inflammatory ANCA-associated small vessel vasculitis: granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), microscopic polyangitis (MPA), and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
