Anti-dsDNA IgG is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of connective tissue diseases (CTD), especially systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
