Anti-MCV is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against mutated citrullinated vimentin (MCV) in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
