Mouse Liver/Kidney/Stomach Tissue is designed for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of antinuclear, mitochondrial (AMA), smooth muscle (ASMA), parietal cell (APCA) and liver-kidney microsome type 1 (LKM-1) antibodies by Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA).
The identification and discrimination of AMA, ASMA, APCA and LKM-1 autoantibodies through IFA techniques, are important pillars of gastric and liver autoimmune diseases diagnosis in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
