Anti-SLA is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against soluble-liver antigen (SLA) in human serum or plasma samples.

The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) type 1 in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
